Return & Exchange Policy

 

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your Rip Curl online purchase simply exchange the item/s within 14 days of purchase by following the below process.*t&c applies

Please ensure your return is within the returns period, all orders outside of this will be returned to sender.

*Return / Exchange policy state here is valid for Online Orders only. For items purchased from our retail stores, please return to the respective retail store for further assistance.

 

STEP 1: Read and agree to our returns policy

1. Please contact us at hello@ripcurl.com.my or via our live chat to arrange for an exchange or return process. We will guide you on the next steps. Do note that ONLINE EXCLUSIVE items can only be exchanged online and are not applicable for in-store exchanges.

*Please note that Store Walk-in Exchange / Refunds are *Not Permitted and will not be entertained without prior arrangement.

 

2. Item returned within 14 days of purchase.

3. Item is not been worn, marked, used or damaged, and includes all tags, stickers and is in original re-usable packaging. Item must also be in Sellable Condition.

4. Item was purchased via the official Rip Curl online store.

5. Item purchased strictly cannot be refunded. 

 

STEP 2: Return Types

For returns via online, below are few policy regarding return fees.

    1) GENERAL RETURN

    Applies to cases involving:
    - Exchange of size or colour
    - Change of mind
    - Product not as expected

    Notes:

    - Items can be returned within 14 Days from date of purchase.
    - All return delivery fees are borne by the Customer.
    - Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.
    - Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
    - If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or exchange of similar value may be offered.

    2) DAMAGE / DEFECT RETURN

    Applies to cases involving:
    - Damaged, stained, or defective item received
    - Missing parts or manufacturing faults

    Notes:

    - Items can be returned within 14 Days from date of purchase.
    - Delivery fees for return and replacement will be borne by Rip Curl.
    - Customer must provide photo or video evidence of the damage/defect within 14 days of receipt.
    - Once verified, a replacement or refund (where replacement is unavailable) will be arranged.

    3) INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEM

    Applies to cases involving:

    - Item received is different from order placed

    Notes:

    - Amendment can be made within 14 Days from date of purchase.
    - Delivery fees for correction/replacement will be borne by Rip Curl.
    - Please notify our support team within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
    - Photo proof of the packaging and items received may be required for verification

     

    For Women Bikinis and One Piece Returns

    1. Item must be unworn
    2. Hygiene Sticker must be intact and must not have been taken off before
    3. All Stickers and Swing Tags Attached to Garment
    4. Item must be returned in its original packaging
