Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping times:

  • Orders take 3-14 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  • Orders of $100 and above will have free shipping.
  • Orders under $100 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Please note that ALL Transactions are in Singapore Dollar [SGD] and the products will be shipped from our Malaysia Headquarters. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for customers via Online Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards through PayPal and Stripe.
  • We also accept payment installment ShopBack.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than Singapore Dollar [SGD].

 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Exchange Policy:

  • Timing: We have a 14-days Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a exchange, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For exchanges in Singapore, please head to one of our stores to perform the return & exchange. If you have any difficulty returning at our stores, please email us at hello@ripcurl.com.my with the subject "Exchange" and include your order number, name and the reason for the exchange.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items if you cannot come to our stores.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-2 business days.
